Japanese paper engineer Haruki Nakamura (previously) continues to design delightful toys using simple materials. A friendly armadillo curl into a self-protective ball at the touch of a finger and a sleepy boy emerges, ready to sleepwalk, in “Astral Projection.” Nakamura uses rubber bands and carefully held points of paper tension to spark the jumpy movements of his characters and sell kits so you can make your own endless entertainment.
Style: Squid, Octopus
What a joke. It is a single piece of heavy paper and two elastic bands, with no instructions. Heavily creased by being so flimsy and being mailed in an envelope. It seemed to be a set of engineered toys, not a single piece of heavy paper, wrinkled and useless, for $25!?!? !?!? Even if it wasn't damaged in shipping, it would be useless. I got it as a gift for someone, thank goodness I sent it to myself first, it would be embarrassing. Makes me highly suspect of other products on this site.
